Plant manufacturers and operators of shredders and crushers as well as screening, conveying and sorting systems continuously avail themselves of our versatile range of products. This includes both individual parts and large series. Of course, our experts also offer individual consulting in this area with regard to materials and design.
Thanks to our versatile range of alloys and great flexibility, we are able to implement almost all customer enquiries efficiently. Among others, we offer cast parts made of manganese steels, chilled cast chromium steel, chromium molybdenum steels or tempered steels with a special heat treatment. The requirements for the materials used here lie in the range of high hardnesses and high wear resistances, but without neglecting the elongation.
At the customer's request, we supply our cast parts with mechanical finishing or with hard electrode armouring.
