At Savimetal, all production steps – from planning and model joinery through to final production and quality assurance – are carried out internally. This is the only way to guarantee top quality.

The quality of a cast part begins with the quality of the material. For this reason we work with noted suppliers who are known for their top-quality goods. The perfect selection of materials and the optimum design contribute to the quality of the finished cast parts. Quality checks take place at each and every one of the manufacturing steps, which are performed by our experienced and skilled employees. A final quality control is performed during the acceptance of the end product. We use different methods here, depending on the customer's requirements.

We adapt ourselves to the individual wishes of our customers! We attach great importance to the realisation of individual wishes, with regard to both the execution and the delivery deadlines.

Our company is structured in such a way that we are able to cater for individual requests without further ado. When it comes to cast parts, we have an impressive range of alloys encompassing more than 250 materials. The production of individual items or prototypes is possible in the model joinery as well as in the moulding shop and the melting shop. We guarantee to meet extremely short deadlines here in order to avoid customer standstills as far as possible. We are flexible when it comes to acceptance, too: everything is possible, from storage to express dispatch and just-in-time delivery.
